Astrology Connected to Horoscope

Have you ever wondered where horoscope originates? Since times immemorial horoscopes signs and reading are always been a part of our culture. Yet, it was the Chinese who initiate this kind of astrology reading but we kept this like it is our own. Horoscopes and astrology originated with the ancient Greeks, who were sure that a person’s life was prearranged and expected by the situation of definite heavenly bodies (the sun and moon) and constellations present at the time of a person’s birth. The tradition of horoscopes reading extend all the way through the world and during the centuries into the 1600’s, when a man named William Lilly made it more up to standard to church goers by naming it “Christian Astrology”.

Astrology related to horoscope is called horoscopic astrology. This type of astrology was developed in the Mediterranean region in the late 2nd or 1st early century BC. At that time, various astrological charts were made to inherent the secret behind the movement of the planets, based on certain rules and regulations.

Horoscope is the central aim of horoscopic astrology which is a diagrammatic representation. The horoscope of an individual's birth is termed as Natal Chart.

The word horoscope is derived from a greek word ' horoskopos'. The common names for horoscope in English are natus, birth-chart, astrological chart, astro-chart, and celestial map. So, for putting astrology into practice, you should have a strong theoretical knowledge.

However not all people believe in horoscopes reading, people have their own mind to know where to seek guidance for they daily life. It is just a matter of taking chances with the fate ahead of us, as fate decides who walks into our life.
